Affordable Fashion: Old Navy Dress
As much as I love amazing designer clothes, shoes, and accessories, my clothing budget, like many others, is not large enough to afford high-end pieces all the time. Generally, I spend more money on classic items that I can wear for years, like my Louis Vuitton bags (of which I purchased second-hand, so still cheaper than full price!). My closet is full of mostly affordable items, and I definitely get a rush when I find a great sale or deal. It is 100% possible to look absolutely amazing in less expensive clothes and accessories.
I have found great clothes at Target, TJ Maxx, Loft, and Old Navy for super affordable prices. This dress is from Old Navy and is regularly $34.99. When I found it in store, I fell in love with the print and the sleeves, and when I found out they were having a 50% off sale that day, it immediately came home with me! Old Navy often has sales of 20-30% off anything you purchase online. If I find something in store that I want, I will always check online first to see if it’s cheaper to order (usually it is!). This dress comes in several solid colors and prints and is very comfortable and just too cute!
This dress comes mid-thigh on me and my legs are frighteningly pale right now (always!), so I wore nude block-heeled sandals to make my legs look longer, and hopefully slimmer! Find similar styles here, here, and here. You could wear any color purse with this dress; I love my pink Chloe dupe from Goodnight Macaroon. It is regularly $69, but they often have sales, or you can save 15% off your first purchase.
Lastly, these ball drop earrings from Baublebar literally match everything! I’m in love with this earring style- I have half a dozen pairs in different colors.
